From Enquiry to Handover
Initial Enquiry
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Tell us what you need — even if you are not sure exactly. We will ask the right questions to understand your situation. We respond to every enquiry within a few hours — never days.
Free Site Assessment
An OUEC engineer visits your premises at no charge. We assess your existing infrastructure, take measurements, identify your needs, and understand your budget. We never quote without seeing the site — it ensures our quote is accurate and our solution is right for you.
Technical Design & BOQ
Our engineers prepare a full technical design and a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Every line item is listed — materials, labour, quantities, unit prices, and totals. You see exactly what you are paying for before you commit to anything.
Contract & Mobilisation Deposit
Once you accept the quotation, a formal contract is signed by both parties. A 40% mobilisation deposit is collected — this triggers material procurement and project scheduling. Nothing is ordered or started until the deposit is confirmed. No exceptions.
Material Procurement
We procure all materials and equipment from our vetted suppliers — genuine branded products only. You are kept informed of delivery timelines. A progress payment of 30% is collected upon delivery of major equipment to site and commencement of installation.
Installation & Execution
Our certified engineers and technicians execute the installation to the agreed design and specification. Our site engineer manages the team, ensures safety compliance, and keeps you informed of progress. Any unforeseen issues are communicated immediately — not hidden.
Testing & Commissioning
Every system is tested fully before handover — electrical testing (insulation resistance, RCD trips), solar performance verification, CCTV recording confirmation, network throughput testing, and alarm zone verification. You or a representative are present for commissioning sign-off. The final 30% payment is collected on successful completion and client sign-off.
Handover & After-Sales Support
You receive a complete handover package: as-built drawings, commissioning certificate, warranty certificate, equipment manuals, and a circuit schedule (for electrical works). We train your team on how to use and maintain the system. After handover, we remain reachable 24/7 on WhatsApp for emergencies and offer annual maintenance contracts.
Simple 40/30/30 Payment Plan
Mobilisation Deposit
Paid on signing the contract. Triggers material ordering and project scheduling. No works start until this is confirmed.
Progress Payment
Paid on delivery of major equipment to site and commencement of installation. Confirms the project is progressing.
Final Payment
Paid only after successful commissioning and your sign-off. You pay the last amount when you are satisfied.
